Now the place where I live is a different story. We live on a 47 acre farmette in west-central Wisconsin and raise Scottish Highland cattle, chickens, vegetables, fruits, flowers, birds and
cats ... okay, well we also have one daughter still living with us so I guess I'll have to say we're raising her too. She's 17 and a senior in highschool and she dislikes being told to do chores-she hates the chores even more. But we're working on that.
I love gardening and spend most of my time outside when the weather is good (inclement weather doesn't really stop me either). I also love garden sheds or any small shed, cottage, studio or shanty and I have since forever. Right now we only have 8 outbuildings on our property but I'm always looking to build more. Our most recent is a new chicken shed, just finished (well, almost) last month, November. This could become a long story and I'll talk about how it came about later. I do have some pictures of all our sheds which I will post eventually, when I learn how. Beside the chicken shed, we have a woodshed, a machine shed, an old, ancient, ugly ex-chicken shed, a playshed, a dented, nasty, roofless cattle salt shed (don't ask-Highland cattle are destructive), an amish shed, and my favorite as of right now, a new garden shed that's not quite finished yet-another long story.
Here's our bull near the dented, nasty, roofless cattle salt shed I was talking about.
But enough on my sheds for now. I'll post more later.
